Your role as a vendor

You hold Naira (NGN) and exchange it for USDC or USDT from buyers. PayMe locks the buyer's crypto in a smart contract escrow before you send a single kobo — you are always protected, and fraud gets permanent removal.

The trade flow

1. Order arrives — you get a push notification with the amount, buyer's bank details, and Naira amount to send.
2. Accept within 3 minutes — if you don't respond in time, the order is rerouted to another vendor. Your completion rate drops if you miss too many.
3. Send the Naira — transfer to the buyer's bank account shown on the order card.
4. Mark as Paid — tap "MARK PAID" after sending. This notifies the buyer to check their bank.
5. Escrow releases — once the buyer confirms receipt, the USDC/USDT is automatically sent to your wallet. If the buyer doesn't confirm or dispute within 2 hours, escrow auto-releases to you.

Settings explained

• Accept Orders (Online) — toggles your visibility. Turn off when you're unavailable to stop receiving new orders.
• Auto-Accept — orders are accepted instantly without manual confirmation. Only enable if you're ready to send immediately.
• Exchange Rate — the NGN amount you pay per 1 USDC or USDT (same rate applies to both). Set it competitively — buyers see all vendors and pick based on rate, rating, and speed.
• Min/Max Order — the USD range you're comfortable trading. Orders outside this range won't be routed to you.
• Daily Limit — the maximum USD volume you'll handle in a single day. Resets at midnight.

Your rating & ranking

Buyers rate you 1–5 stars after each completed trade. Your ranking score — visible to all buyers — is calculated from: Star rating (35%) + Rate competitiveness (35%) + Completion rate (20%) + Response speed (10%). Your current rating is always shown at the top of this dashboard. Low ratings don't get you suspended — but they do reduce how often you're recommended to buyers. Maintain a strong rating to get more order flow.

How disputes are resolved — 2-of-3 multisig

PayMe uses a trustless 2-of-3 smart contract. Three parties hold a vote on every trade: buyer, vendor (you), and PayMe platform. Any two of the three agreeing is enough to release or refund — no single party can steal funds.

• Normal completion: buyer confirms + platform votes release → 2 of 3 → USDC goes to you.
• Dispute — resolved for you: admin reviews evidence, platform + you vote release → 2 of 3 → you get paid.
• Dispute — resolved for buyer: platform + buyer vote refund → 2 of 3 → buyer gets refunded.
• You cancel dispute: if the dispute was a misunderstanding or you want to concede, press "Cancel Dispute". The buyer's crypto is refunded instantly — no admin needed, no waiting.
• Buyer cancels dispute: if the buyer wants to cancel, you'll be notified. Press "Agree & Refund Buyer" to execute the refund immediately. Both of your on-chain votes complete the 2-of-3 without admin.

If a buyer disputes, you'll be notified and asked to submit evidence — bank transfer receipt, reference number, screenshots, or PDFs. You can also send messages directly in the order chat. An admin reviews both sides independently before any vote is cast. Never send Naira outside this platform — the escrow only protects trades initiated here.
